Thanks for coming to my TED Talk

Originally, this is what people used to say after giving a long, nonprofit speech or lecture devoted to spreading ideas, usually in the form of powerful talks given at the main TED (technology, entertainment and design) annual event or one of its many satellite events around the world.

By 2015, This phrase then got broken down and used whenever people finished typing up an extensively long social media post.

Then, after like, 2018, this phrase got even more deteriorated (mainly by Gen Z or Gen X trying to sound like Gen Z) to the point that people now say it after saying a sentence, or, even worse, a sentence fragment because they think they’re being funny.

My boss kinda pisses me off. Thanks for coming to my TED Talk LOL I’m hilarious, time to go on social media for the next 7 hours.

Ted

Ted is an amazing Man of God. He is someone who is always looking out for his friends. Once you become a friend of Ted, you can guarantee you will be taken care of. Ted is funny, charming, and all around a stand up guy. Ted can be quiet, but with the quietness comes deep thought and wisdom. He will always encourage you and be there for you. Don’t mess with Ted or someone he knows because there is no getting away from Ted. He FAST.

Have you guys heard about that guy named Ted? Man. What a dreamboat!

Ted

Though frequently referred to as simply “Ted”, Tedarico Villalobos was the founder of Circus Design Solutions (CDS), a driving force behind the grassroots pro-speciesist movement. CDS was originally founded as a pet store in Manila, Philippines in 1974. In 1993, CDS reincorporated in mainland California as a space weapons technology engineering subcontractor. Ted’s famous and most popular catchphrase was “CDS, this is Ted.”

Ted arguably donated his life to CDS for the animals of today and the future.
