border leechers are people who leech off a bigger city or other state that is nearby them. they also tend to be from other states.

perfect example would be how hudson wisconsin leeches off the twin cities metro area in minnesota. they are not minnesotans they are border leechers.

A guy/girl that never has any money, but is always down to do expensive stuff.

Any time you hang out with said person, it's typically implied that you are paying for everything.

Person 1: Hey, you wanna go to the movies?

noun; unwanted friend who leeches all of your other friends. when one friend has a good catch-phrase or joke the leecher jumps all over it and takes it for himself/herself.

I told this joke about giving a nasty dragon and the next day i hear dumbass say the same one. What a fuckin leecher.
