This phrase is used after making a strong play in Destiny or Destiny PvE, sarcastically or not.
It is derived from DattoDoesDestiny, Datto for short, who is one of the most famous and skilled Destiny Youtubers.

Unironically:
*Defeats 5 players with one Ballistic Slam* "Is this what it feels like to be Datto?"
Ironically:
*Completes one cycle of a raid encounter after 2 hours of attempts* "Is this what it feels like to be Datto?"
