Chloe is a cute weird caring person. She can be annoying, dumb at times but she can also be smart and cute. If you are in a bad mood or you are feeling down she won't leave you alone until you are happy. Sometimes she just wants to have a normal life but can't. Although she has a horrible past, she is a fighter and will get through it with some help. She is the kind of person that needs a hug once in a while and loves a good joke.
