He has also written books analyzing and criticizing things like capitalism and breadtube. In early 2020, he founded the "Center for Political Innovation", a leftist group espousing "Socialism with American Characteristics", peace with China, and a more social democratic order in the US.
He is controversial in leftist circles due to... attending a meeting with Alexander Dugin (A Russian fascist), writing a book called "Satan at the Fountainhead" which contained language that many thought was antisemitic, and having a debate with self-described fascist "Cultured Thug", in which many thought Caleb didn't argue against him hard enough.
