"On a shirt" or "put that on a shirt" or "THAT ON A SHIRT".
These phrases mean that the shit goes hard.
They also mean that its true, or clever.
So clever, cool, or true that you would indeed put it on a shirt and wear it.
This term was made by me and i live in florida so you can call it florida slang my fellow jits lmao.

"Bro what should our clan name be on Call of duty?"
"Uhh... OH! name it, *insert cool name*"
"Dude thats sounds cool AF if it was On a shirt bro."

I came up with this cause i wanted to come up with a cool name for sumn and i was like that would look cool on a shirt too.

Any clothing that is dirty and you wear when working with anything that has grease. It is also any shirt that you have to wash many times to get it wearable.
