A stupid, humorless meme that was popularized by dim-witted kids after it appeared on Dragon Ball Z and became overly popular to the moronic internet users, which is about 80% of all internet users.

Employer: So we looked at your profile and the fact that you are a horrible speller, didn't even bother to type this résumé, and dropped out of high school doesn't give us much reason to hire you.

Guy who uses the phrase it's over 9000: But I just need a job with an annual salary THAT'S OVER 9000!!!!!!!!!!!

When you access your computer without sitting down at your desk, using the keyboard and or mouse with your arms extended over the chair. Usually used with the presence of mind that you will not be committing to an extended period computering.

Mom: John, I told you to shovel the driveway, you better not be on your computer!

Over-Under Achiever

Someone who achieves the extra unecessary achievements, but does them in a half-ass fashion.

Patrick decided to be an Over-Under Achiever when he went the extra mile to do his extra credit, even though he already had a 103 percent in his english class. This project was done in a very UNorderly fashion. The rough draft write-up ended up having its title 'rough draft' erased and then replaced with 'Final Project'.

Over-analyzer

Someone in need of a thorough bitch-slapping. A know-it-all that doesn't actually know anything in actuality. Someone who appears to pull nonsense out of their ass in order to validate a situation. Picks every detail apart until it's loses it's meaning. Someone with way too much free time on their hands. Thinks they are god's gift to humanity usually.

P1- "That guy thinks I'm afraid of change just because I think this new school sucks."
P2- "That, my friend, is an over-analyzer. Let's go kill his pseudo intellectual ass!"
