When you consume a large quantity of Alchohol and forget events during the time frame you were intoxicated, either intentionally or unintentionally. Usually this is followed by an apology to those offended.

Usually used when someone who is drinking a nonalcoholic beer is too drunk to walk and drive

Can be found at frat partys, dive bars, concerts, and occationaly crashing small intimate gatherings where he is not welcome.
