A special kind of 'relationship', in which an older man develops romantic feelings or even an unhealthy obsession towards a much younger girl.

The girl assumes they are just friends and often sees the man as a kind of father-figure.
Can and will end badly for all parts involved.

adj: In video game terminology or 1337 speak, pertaining to tower defense, a scraggle, also known as a scraggler, is any unit that leaks through either your or an opponents lane.

This can also be used in a derogatory manner to say that a person is slow.
