Going to work and so much more that you could write a book on it. Looking in the mirror atleast once and telling yourself that you can do this and you are beautiful or amazing whatever positive word you feel comfortable using untill the day you beileve it yourself. When we're negative towards oneself we're reflecting that negative energy onto those around us aswell as ourselfs untill it's a constant loop. For whatever reason your feeling down just know you got this and remember to Respect yourself so that your also Respecting those around you.
