Turtle story

a turtle story is one of those stories that your friends tell everyone as conversation openers. They are good (if random) stories, great for new people, but you've heard them so many times your ears could bleed.

Friend 1 to new person:"I have to tell you this story about when..."
Friend 2 to Friend 1:"About when your dad ran over the cat with his car. Turtle story if I ever heard one"
New person never learns the full story.

ninja turtle

the ninja turtle (can be used both in the singular and plural sense). is an ancient turtle, originally from the sewer region of densley populated cities. They are often accompanied by a large rat. ninja turtles hit their ninja "peaks" during their teenage years.
