A sort of brain deficiency that occurs when you participate in too much Twitter drama. Causes the Twitter user to become divorced from reality and starts reaching in online discussions in order to virtue signal a made up issue, in turn causing everyone around them to get tired of them when they eventually bring made up issues into real life and threaten peace for everyone else whenever there is a laid back discussion that originally didn't include them and now does because they butted in to let everyone know of how righteous they are.

They spread falsified information that easily gains traction online and usually results in the individual or company in which they are pressuring to conform to their beliefs. They are the ones who are largely behind Western Cancel Culture.
These people can usually be identified as being blue-haired, white liberal women who recently graduated college with a degree in either the social sciences and/or gender studies because they have no practical skills that can be applied to the real world. However, there have been cases of effeminate men who reside in California who also play an active role in the Twitter Outrage Mob. They reside inside of an echo chamber and so are not used to hearing people with differing viewpoints. They immediately believe that that non-conforming person is a threat, and thus, must be terminated.

Twitter Freaks typically behave impulsively and mostly based on their emotions, and almost always refuse to listen to reason and/or logical argumentation. They can frequently be seen sending death threats and organizing and/or facilitating hate raids. It is generally not recommended attempting to reason with them, since they tend to twist other peoples' words and misinterpret them to suit their agenda. Despite what numerous Twitter Freaks would claim, a Twitter Freak is NOT defined by any characteristics physical or otherwise (such as membership in certain demographic groups) tied to their physical persona, but rather solely by their characteristic online presence largely defined by their repeated hateful behavior.
