Hell's no boogie

A sarcastic expression used to make light of someone's trivial problem. When you say "hell's no boogie" to someone, you are reminding them that 1) their problem isn't all that bad and 2) life isn't always pleasant or easy.

A person who is full joy, very caring, and is always their for any of there friends. They bounce through life and always enjoy a good joke. They put off "cool vibes" without trying, and has a great fashion sense ( which adds to the coolness) with funky socks being the epicenter of their fashion. They have great taste in music and are musically talented themselves. If you meet one, you will also really want to give them a hug, because they are adorable! If you ever meet one, you are lucky because they are rare, and remember to charish every moment you have with them.
