"I thought you only went to the toilet?"
"No, I was smashed so I did a FLUKER BYE and went home"
"Where's Rick gone, I thought he was only going to use his phone?"
"Nope, he did a FLUKER BYE and is now tucked up in bed"

When you receive, or send, a message to someone you have hooked up with or had a relationship with in the past or wanted to but didn't have the opportunity.
This is the same as hey stranger but used in a sassy way. This sometimes means the other person wants something very much with you. It can be used in the middle of the conversation when to play with someone meaning something but not saying it.
