A former Frat-Boy type, having a bulbous head, who typically thinks that all the women he's ever hooked up with are "the hottest" one at the bar. Typically found wearing popped collars and drops phrases like "When the collar pops, the panties drop". Typically found at bars, spending too much on alcohol. Thinks that because they're an International Affairs major, it makes their opinion the most valid. Usually found clad in Puma, or other sports clothing.

Person A: Look at that chud over there, does he actually think that lines like "when the collar pops, the panties drop" actually work?
