Snowflakism

The act of behaving in a manner that would make you regarded as a snowflake. Namely the act of behaving in a manner that would be deemed over sensitive or easily hurt by trivial statements or actions that has come from another.

That guy over there got really upset when I called him a silly billy. Shouldn't do that, that is snowflakism.

snowflakiness

Snowflakiness (noun): The dazzling art of being unnecessarily unique and special, often accompanied by a tendency to melt under the slightest pressure. Think of it as the personality equivalent of a snowflake that insists it's one-of-a-kind, but can't handle a warm cup of reality.

Dave's snowflakiness was evident when he insisted his code was 'innovative' because he used tabs instead of spaces, but he crashed harder than a Windows 98 system when the team pointed out the syntax errors.
