A magistrate who issues poetic licenses to citizens, and also decides issues/disputes related to said poetic practices.

Poetic justice will likely view your text-composing "liberties" a lot more favorably if you always thoroughly document your literary sources and clearly explain the logic/reasoning behind your unorthodox text-composing practices.
