A spinoff to The Rock's people's elbow, this version seen The Chutzpah first taking a yarmulke from his elbow pad, then throw it on his opponent, then he would run left, bounce off the ropes then over the guy on the ground, bounce off the ropes again. then drops his elbow onto his opponent's head.
