Blem is the word for a fag or cigarette.

The word can be used for many different actions.

Come Blem - Come for a cigarette
Blem Motive - Lets go somewhere for a cigarette
Blem Bong Hit (bbm) - Caining tobacco out of a bong until you cant stand due to nicotine rush
Blem Head - Someone who enjoys a morning of 1 pull chonging 9 fags in a row then getting on with their day
I'm Blem - Im on a fat nicotine rush its bless like
Yo, I need a Blem - Heard from a blemhead who hasnt had a fag in 2 mins
Rinse Blem - When someone buys a 50g pouch of tobacco (Golden Virginia or Gold Leaf ideally) and decides to rinse and cain the pack in a few hours.

Blem is a lifestyle, something that one can use to get through the day. Its just something to and its gotta be done sometimes.

often used to describe what live tv editors use to cover up comments they see unfit for television. normaly consists of a sinewave or triangle wave, something with fairly low harmonics and hollow sounding.

the man appeared to have said an inappropriate word on jerry springer, but that was just the censors gooding off. they make people sound like they are swearing when they are not, just to raise ratings. probably not, but it would be funny if that was true..
