Something that has become so made fun of, with people that scrape their arms on tree branches and are consequentially called "emo," that those who are in serious, self-harming trouble are passed off as simply "emo" instead of majorly or manically depressed.

Person 1: Aha ha ha you are emo you cut your wrist!

Person 2: On broken glass, dumbfuck.

Person 1: HE'S EMO!!!

Total reject that looks like she got ran over and through by a semi truck or two. Nothing can help this sad reject even Satan can't stand her. She looks like a toad and makes babies cry. Ouch.
