Emo wet rat

I uh don't really have a good definition for this except that
it's a name that some people use

Person 1- "OMG that girl is so emo."
Person 2- "I think she showered before she came here."
Person 1-"ew"
Person 3- "she's such a rat. Don't talk to her."
Person 4- " she's an emo wet rat!"
Person 1- " EW!! Stop, please, just stop talking about rats that are wet and emo, please..."
