A fuck boy, in terms of class, tend to range between middle to upper class. They always have enough money to buy nudes from any chick they kik, and if they don't they always have their parents credit cards handy.
Despite the terrible and most vile aspects of a fuck boy, the term itself sounds as if an ten year old wanted to express their utmost anger at someone but only knew one curse word without knowing what it meant. In other words, it sounds like someone didn't know what to say and decided "fuck boy" was the best thing to say at the time.
