Started out as a derogatory remark towards black people basically meaning a person of color as below you or disenfranchised. And in recent years more so meaning lazy, deadbeat, ignorant, overly loud about how "gangster/bad ass" they are and not necessarily a person of color. At this point in time a Nigger could be any color, shape, or size! It's mostly about an attitude, how you carry yourself, how you treat people, how you treat women, and how you talk to people and about yourself, nowadays!
