Theory of Spectral Power

A synthesis of Spectralism and power analysis: the view that power operates not just visibly (commands, laws, force) but spectrally—through absences, silences, exclusions, and the ghosts of alternatives never realized. Spectral Power is the power that works by making certain options disappear, certain voices inaudible, certain futures unimaginable. It's the power of the path not taken, the question not asked, the possibility never considered. To understand power, you must study not just what's present but what's haunting the present—the alternatives that were suppressed, the possibilities that were never born, the futures that died so this one could live.

Theory of Invisible Power

A framework for understanding power that operates not through visible commands but through shaping the conditions within which choices are made. Invisible power sets the agenda, defines the options, frames the debate, shapes preferences—all before anyone decides anything. You don't need to tell people what to do if you've already shaped what they want to do. You don't need to control decisions if you've already controlled what decisions are possible. Invisible power is the power that makes its own operations invisible, that works not by forcing but by forming, not by commanding but by conditioning.

Critical Theory of Power

The application of Critical Theory to power itself—examining how power operates, how it's concentrated, how it's legitimated, and how it might be transformed. Critical Theory of Power asks: What is power? Who has it? How is it exercised—through force, through consent, through ideology? How do institutions, discourses, and practices produce and reproduce power relations? Drawing on thinkers like Marx, Weber, Foucault, and Arendt, it insists that power is never just domination—it's also productive, creative, diffuse. Power shapes what we can do, who we can be, what we can imagine. Understanding power requires understanding its multiple forms, its hidden operations, and its possibilities for resistance and transformation.

Chicago truffle power couple

A Chicago Truffle Power Couple (known as gooning squared) is when a man edges himself for hours, sometimes in multiple spurts, to achieve something of a trance state of being. His dick and body are aligned, and he has lost control of most motor skills, cognitive ability and communication ability. His body reverts to shaky, jerky motions, tounge sticking out, dull expression in his eyes, face. All communication is done with grunts and moans, and all thinking ability is removed. He is white as a sheet and embodies a walking, living erection. The woman he is with (the squared part) also edges herself into this same state, sometimes using the man’s dick to edge herself, and becomes a “goonette” or “truffle”. Together they make the Chicago Truffle Power Couple, being many of headlines in newspapers thanks to their deregulated motor skills and antisocial behavior. These couples usually manifest themselves in low income areas or low iq areas (more if these overlap) and are very entertaining to watch. They exit this state when they ejaculate, and revert back to their normal, much less fun state.

Look at those people over there, they are completely whacked out!

Yeah, that’s the local Chicago Truffle Power Couple, they are at the peak of the gooning cycle. They’ll be arrested for public indecency here before too long, get a bag of popcorn.

take a powder

Polite way of saying you need to fart or leave abruptly. back in the days of newspaper funny pages or cartoons farting was commonly depicted using a poof of body powder to show they farted. this was only known by kids or hip people so when you said it adults wouldent get it.

Well if you excuse me i need to go "take a powder" jonny said as he abruptly left the diner table to great amuse.

Drum and Power (aka D&P/DNP)

A musical genre so niche it doesn't actually exist as of writing. A combination of two genres of completely different tastes and communities: Drum and Bass, and Power Metal. Imagined by MorningDuck in 2024, and conceived in 2025 by MorningDuck with "Final Coronation of the Frost Spirit".

The genre was imagined because of the emotions both genres gave. Drum and Bass is a generally exciting and radical genre, and Power Metal is a badass and emotional genre. MorningDuck thinks of combining the emotions genres give as "Musicalchemy".

Drum and Power hopes to build reinforcement with the synergy of the two genres and to bridge a gap between electronic music and metal, possibly inventing new genres, an example being djiddim (djent and riddim, as both genres mainly focus on rhythm).

(I don't really know how to do this with a genre that doesn't exist)

Example: This song, with its cool sounding artificial drums, and it's awesomeness with the electronic guitars (and possibly vocals), sounds like a Drum and Power (aka D&P/DNP) song.
