The way you walk when you have a boner, but you're trying to keep it from being obvious/noticeable.

You know if he wasnt doing the wiggle walk, we probably wouldnt know he has a boner.

noun- one whom spreads their legs without any clothing on and slaps their penis from side to side against each leg. this process must be done fast. different motions can be used for different sounds.

That Justin is such a wienie waggler just look how he slaps his penis against his legs with such ease. When I was in second grade he used to do that shit like an amatuer but now he's a pro. If he's not gay then I'm the fucking King of America.
