1. Someone who fulfills a superior and/or leadership position while having double standards for the people underneath them.
2. Someone who's superior position is held up by a double standard that excludes others from gaining that position.

"I may not have been honest with him, but that doesn't mean he can rifle through my stuff and kick me out! He's a total hypocrat!"
"Of course, Cherryl expect us to finish before deadline, but being the complete hypocrat she is, she can allow herself to drag her feet and present our combined efforts late to the higher ups!"

An idiot who does things that they tell others not to do and does it themselves because they're brain dead. The worst of these people are those insult the others who do it and then proceed to do the same thing themselves.

Sam (Hypocrite): Hey Jack! You better not do that thing you just did.

Jack: Ok

Sam : (Proceeds to do that thing)

Jack: Hey Sam are you stupid? You just did that thing you told me not to do.

Sam: Oh actually Jack, I'm stupid AND braindead!

That fucking hypocrite bitch tailgated me most of the way here but when she passed me she had a cute whale sticker on her window that said "get off my tail".
