Downey is also known as "d-town" and is smack dab in the middle of some of so-cal's ghettoest cities....pico rivera...bell gardens...compton....south gate.....etc.... It was inevitable that these ghetto cities would start rubbing off on downey...

The once clean and safe Downey is now infested with cancers of human society that start with d. Drugs, Drama, Dumbasses, and Damn Chunts.... Everony is either doing drugs or tagging or going to shows.... Downey is a very lame town... I suggest you not to move here or you'll regret it....

a person who engages in the horrific act of targetting young, retarded children for sexually explicit purposes. This person develops an interest in both the appearance and vulnerability of children with autism or down-syndrome. Unfortunately, a "downey" successively manipulates a dis-advantaged child into playing with his or her genitals before the inevitable penetration. Downeys are severe predators.
