To doon is to go on social media and spiral about all the horrible shit going on in the world for hours on end. Like a goon-sesh, in which one watches porn incessantly for hours on end, except if you replaced the porn with a bunch of news about all the awful political shit that is going on right now. Basically, doom-scrolling to the point of a mental spiral, edging yourself with depressing shit online until you can't take it anymore.
