To call someone (or something) "scratch" means that they are/it is kinda crazy. Not in a bad way, but in an affectionate way. Like "He's so scratch!" meaning that he comes up with crazy ideas, some of them are so sick.

(Figurative meaning). To be worried about something, especially when it involves overthinking about it.

A (metaphorically) scratched person is kinda like a scratched CD that gets stuck in one place and repeats the same sound over and over. By extension, a scratched person will be brooding in the same thing for hours. No one can stop them.

Most people get scratched about irrelevant matters, for example, about that stupid thing they said to their crush.

“Hey, are you coming to the party tonight?”

It's an old Jazz term done by Jazz Musicians especially Pianist when they scratch their nose Left that means tonight is for Women, when they scratch their nose right it means today is for Men. If you Scratch left you are mostly with women (Men Vice Versa). If you scratch under in the nose is for women you like vaginal, over the nose is you like anal (Men Vice Versa)
