A kailey is a girl who has everything! Fare skin, crazy good butt, brown medium short hair, and blue eyes. She knows how to make you feel special. After she makes you feel special, she will show you how ignorant she is. She is a very bad friend and loves the attention. She knows how to make people turn on you. She will ruin someone's life no matter what the cost. You see, she has this list she puts people on. She jumps from friend to friend every year, last year, I was her victim.
