Johnny Got His Gun 

An anti-war book written by Dalton Trumbo sometime in the 1940s and also a movie made in the 70s. Joe Donham is a young man who is drafted into a war based on democracy. He survives the explosion of a mine which ultimately leaves Joe lifeless; he is blind, deaf, and without limbs. His caretakers and doctors do not think he is capable of feeling pain, dreaming, or thinking, all which he goes through. These are some of his thoughts:

An absolutely amazing actor. He goes above and beyond expectations and makes him possibly the most incredible actor out there. Not to mention he's sexy as hell. But he also knows what's right and what's wrong, and in his characters, he brings out the quirks and crazy traits and makes us feel like we should respect our own, and not make fun of others'.
