Started out as a derogatory remark towards black people basically meaning a person of color as below you or disenfranchised. And in recent years more so meaning lazy, deadbeat, ignorant, overly loud about how "gangster/bad ass" they are and not necessarily a person of color. At this point in time a Nigger could be any color, shape, or size!
