This is a term created by the most sexiest man alive, Elias Papas. It was created on a cold morning 13/08/2010 (Elias' Birthday) when Elias wasn't sure whether to get a piccolo latte or a machiato so he strongly suggested to create a machiato with a bit less milk than a piccolo latte.

Every other coffee is so lame but whenever I have a maccolo my boyfriend Stewart looks like Elias.
