Clothing shop where they sell peculiar clothes, with a certain style. People like it because of its comfortable use and interesting look. However, due to large masses of people flocking towards it, it's prices sky-rocketed and it has become expensive and an icon for "preppy" society.
Usually related to popped collars and over 953 kinds of flip flops.
People tend to have at least 1 article from the shop

Person2: Ok... I needed new flip flops for the chistmass party (Note: this conversation takes place in Alaska)

Abercrombie & Fitch

Clothing brand, for people who enjoy the (just got back from the beach) look. Not for people who want to look down on walmart buyers or any other less expensive brand.

I agree there is some people out there that do, use a&f, and hollister as a way to do that, but not every one who shops there does it for that reason. Some people shop there because they like the style. Personally i see it from all sides i shop every where if something looks good on me i buy it, and yess a&f and hollister are some of my favorite stores. But i also like hot topic and sure walmart once in a while. i dont care all stores are great. And you can weigh over 110, im pretty sure the models all weight over 110. i know i do. im 119. I think this whole deal with the brands is crazy, shop at what ever stores you want and where ever you want.

I had on a wall mart cardigan the other day and one of my friends whos big on brands said she liked it and asked where i got it. So i said haha walmart, and the next day she actually wnet to walmart and got the same one. haha. so even the big brand lovers think the same way. haha.

abercrombie

A store that you will find in almost every mall, stinking of sweat and male cologne and containing the most boring and unappealing clothing you will ever find. The typical Abercrombie store will display pictures of attractive, shirtless models to draw in a certain crowd (often 13-30 year old girls, and usually very self-conscious boys). The clothing in an abercrombie store is sorted in colors such as pink, white, green, or blue, however, there are rarely multi-colored clothes. There is usually a rack of clothes with t-shirts that read slogans such as "who needs brains when you have these?" and "L is for loser". Of course, there's no denying that the store is made for stupid trailer trash brats who want to look clean cut so they can fool everyone around them, all the while being laughed at behind their backs.

Tiffany: If I shop at Abercrombie, I can look like every other girl in my school AND I can be Patriotic!
Alternative prep kid: Why don't we shop somewhere else instead?
Tiffany: *stabs*
