A Jojo is one of the most amazing, brilliant, talented people on the planet. They can light up a room as soon as they enter. They are shy at first but once you get to know them they are crazy and wild. They can sometimes seem emotionless and shallow but they are very deep so keep an eye on them. The term "Jojo Reference" refers to a popular media known as anime. To be specific the anime and manga series is titled "Jojo's Bizarre Adventure", when such word it utilized it's usually in meme format with it usually having something in common with a particular scene or character. Though in many memes it is usually indirectly referencing it with small similarities.
