When you check yourself out in front of the mirror at the gym after you've only done a couple sets.

Named after that one person named Aaron we all know who dishes out workout advice and claims to go to gym everyday but is in no way in shape.

Thus you just assume he just goes to the gym to lift once or twice and then spend the rest of the time flexing and admiring his non-existent muscles in the mirror.

Gym Person 1: Dude are you Aaroning yourself?

Gym Person 2: Uh, maybe.

Gym Person 1: But you've just here!

A person with an overinflated ego puts himself ahead of the cause that many before him painstakingly built up. Greed for power or personal gains that overshadows the fair welfare of anyone else. Favoritism and hate as a 2-sided coin and believes he’s above all and thinks he’s invincible.

AAron had no friends because of how mean he was to them but still believed they were his friends.
