In the service industry, an employee who deliberately damages a meal or component thereof in order to make it unacceptable to be served to a customer. In turn, the food then becomes available to the server and/or the rest of the staff.

Adam loves working at that cafe on the water. He eats there all the time but he never has to pay for it 'cuz he's a cake puncher.
