A male or female whose sole purpose is to provide the other person with a hand job or blow job. There is no relationship between the two people and, in fact, one person or both may be married.

A severe condition in which one jobs his or her own head excessively in general conversation.

Person 1: "How are you today?"
Person 2: "Good (job, job, job)"
Person 1: "Oh, that's good"
Person 2: "Yeah (job, job, job)"

As you can see, Person 2 has a severe case of Jobbitis.
