Douchebags who obstruct the view of a hockey game by moving around and getting out of their seats without waiting for the whistle. Most hoc-blocks include first time hockey spectators, drunk assholes, and families with small children (which are the only acceptable hoc-blocks).

Pest-blocking

The inability to interact with one/a group of females due to a fellow pest blocking you out. Similar to the frequently used term 'cock-blocking', but with the 'cock' i.e. an unidentified male, being replaced with a fellow pest.

Being blocked from picking up your beverage at your favorite coffee house by any of the following: 1) someone who just plants themselves in front of the beverage bar way before they can expect their drink, 2) someone too busy talking on their phone to pickup their drink and get the hell out of the way, or 3) someone too busy flirting with the barista to get the hell out of the way.

Sorry I'm late. I got mocha blocked at Starbucks by this idiot on a cell phone talking about how much they needed their triple shot mocha.
