Lippage-is when a woman has issues with her vaginal lips to the point they need to be re-adjusted. Causes-panties moving, tight pants, dry lips or just an itch. Signs a girl has lippage-the wiggle and walk, the have to pee dance, a casual coochie scratch, or just full out lip picken.
