A common Irish name meaning "fiery"after the Gaelic sun god which was once rare in the US. Nowadays, Aiden is a very common and generic name; virtually every other fucktaded, basic bitch millennial who watched Sex in the City and/or wants to boost about having sliver of Irish heritage has a son named Aiden/Aden/Aidan (or a name that rhymes like Haiden). Most boys named Aiden are whiny, annoying, spoiled, geeky, pussies with mushroom haircuts.
