jack mcgurn

Jack McGurn aka Vincenzo DeMora (1906-1936) was Al Capones top hitman of the day. Known for his extravagent style he became a basis for gangster personalities we see in the movies. He was nicknmaed Machine Gun McGurn because of his skilled use with the tommy gun. It is speculated that he planned the saint valentines day massacre of 1929. He was shot to death in a bowling alley on Valentines day in 1936 several years after the killings he masterminded.
