Pure domination in an argument of any kind. Coming from the slang word "to son" which means to dominate in an unspecified genre of competition, a verbal sonning pertains only to conversational situations.
Did you see David verbally son that girl in the argument during class today? He really knows his stuff!

When you accidentally say a word that sounds like another word, even though they have completely separate meanings.
Teacher: "So, class, today I am going to teach you about single-celled orgasms (organisms)"
Students: "HAHAHAH Teacher JUST HAD A VERBAL AUTOCORRECT MOMENT HAHA"

Similar to pussy whipped, but in this situation the person being whipped is receiving no pussy, and instead is whipped by the idea of talking to a pretty girl.
"Did you see how Brandon blew us off for those freshman girls?"
"Yeah he's pussy whipped""
"Nah dude, we both know he's not getting any, he's verbally whipped."
