Stop looking at me

A phrase of pure paranoia. Usually said when you look at someone because you thought that they were looking at you (out of paranoia) and the non-looker says "Stop looking at me" (out of paranoia) who was probably actually looking at you all along making sure that no one looked at them (out of paranoia). A person saying "Stop looking at me" is almost always fibbing, and usually wants you to look at them more. I mean, if they were not looking at you then how could they know that you were looking at them, right?

Girl 999: Stop looking at me!
Boy 1: Bitch, I look where I please.

Guy 1: *better make sure Guy 2 is not looking at me*
-=guy one looks at guy two=-
Guy 2: Stop looking at me.

stop and chat

when you see someone you dont really know too well or someone you have not seen in a long time in a public place and they want to stop and chat with you. They always seem to happen at the worst possible times too.

I hate stop and chats and it just happened twice! i just wanted to get a birthday card at the dollar store...thats what i get for thinking i could make a quick 5 minute trip without showering, wearing socks or putting on deodorant....

stopcock

Device in Chemistry or other science classes to restrict or allow the flow of liquid in a lab. However in OLCHS it is now the funniest word at the time. It is used in anyway that fits. Mostly used around immature teens such as myself.

Hey watch your stopcock its getting that liquid everywhere.

truck stop

a)A little roadside hole in the wall where the strangling odor of trucker poop mingles with cigarette smoke. The rest rooms are right at the entrance so you get a good whiff and lose your appetite.

b) Having to take a crap "I gotta go to the truck stop."

stop motion

Stop motion anmation is a way of creating films. The character (a toy or clay model) has it's picture taken. It is then moved a tiny bit and has another picture taken. After about 15 frames (pictures) you have 1 seconds worth of film!

Hard Stop

Term used by police in the UK. A "Hard Stop" is where a suspect is given no pre-warning (no shouting of "Police, stop!" etc) and where the element of surprise gives officers the advantage.

Hard Stops are most commonly used on suspected drug dealers (to prevent them disposing / swallowing the evidence) and suspected armed individuals, to prevent them from opening fire.

"Echo Zulu 714, urgent assistance - possible drug deal in progress on West Street, anyone to backup?"

"Control calling any patrol... 714 requiring assistance on West Street."

"Echo Zulu 21, we're responding - is this a hard stop?"

"Echo Zulu 714, yes yes!"
