Use widely in the north of England as a another word for poo, shit but it can also refer to mud or dirt.

When you scratch your balls then wipe your finger across someone’s lips while they’re not expecting it, making an audible “pop” noise when the lips come back together. This practice originated from Rez people.

Can be used as an adjective, verb, or noun.

Adjective:

Verb:
