Tania has such high message maintenance that I'm constantly on the phone messaging and can't get anything done.

Phantom messages

Where you get notifications for a message and you check to see it but it isn’t there and when no one deleted it.

Even when you check a groups audit log it will show no sign of a message being deleted.

“Did you delete these messages?”
“No, must be some phantom messages”
