The person that delivers a presentation and it's all about them rather than the subject expected. They talk about themselves, their background, what they have done, what they do, or their successes. They miss the point and don't leave anyone with anything useful. Instead they are needy and seeking attention, affirmation, or positive feedback.

I have an untreated attention deficit disorder you fucking clown what the fuck are you talking about?
Hym "And have suffered greatly because of it. I can't just 'pay attention to my experience.' You idiot's don't understand AT ALL how ADD works, you're contradicting all of the ADD psychiatrists in trying to promote this naturalist anti-medication bullshit. You heard to me say 'similar to cocaine.' And youre malformed, inferior minds are stuck on 'cocaine bad.' 'cocaine bad. addiction bad.' 'add lazy- oh wait he created A.I. and IS BETTER INHERENTLY than me.' It's pathetic that they are letting you co-opt the psychological enterprise like this and the fact that it's directly associated with the Godkin-filth is what's truly disgusting about it because YOU KNOW the only thing they will ever care about is having dominion over the minds and wills of everyone who exists. It isn't better. You just ignore all the bad parts take credit for all the good parts. That's all it is. That's all your religion is. The entire thing is that."

Derived from "The Wizard of Oz," while in the movie, the phrase is intended to mean "don't pay any attention to the wizard not being real," it has evolved into a more literal and deeper phrase in modern times.
The fundamental moral lesson of the "Wizard of Oz" is that you MUST follow, follow, follow the "yellow bricked road" to success with your friends who have no brains, no hearts and no courage. Follow the "yellow bricked road to success (the Emerald City) no matter the cost." The Emerald City representing "utopia" or an oasis like (based in illusion) paradise. Follow the road no matter what to the "Emerald City" and when you ultimately realize your entire journey has been for naught, for a lie, for a fake made up imaginary oasis, you are to remember most importantly of all to ""pay no attention to that man behind the curtain"" or "remember to forget that it's all been for a lie."
In the new movie 'Wicked' the entire plot relies on you following your programming and always remembering to forget that the Emerald City has always been fake, the wizard has never been real. Thus, the entirety of the plot is based on a lie and falls apart RAPIDLY if you don't remember to forget.

Someone who has too much time on their hands so they decide to talk about them or do dumb shit to get people to look at them or talk about them, usually named Kiever, typically with 0-2 friends. They are willing to do everything for attention, like ruin friendships, spread rumors, start tantrums, post depressing Instagram stories and Tiktoks, etc.
These attention seekers are normally fat, hoeless, hideous, antisocial fatherless children.

When something awful happens, people tend to pay attention to the awful thing, especially the victims. This is unacceptable to the Attention Shrieker who must be the center of attention at all times. Thus, whenever something happens which might draw attention away from them, they will start shrieking. Not only is attention expected, but reassurance and coddling to remind them that though someone just had both of their legs ripped off by an alligator, THEY are the real victim.
When the man jumped off the building, the attention shriekers immediately began shrieking so people would look at them instead of the dying man.
