(n) Any toll plaza traffic tie-up caused by clueless asshats and morons who a) don't know the meaning of the phrase "Exact Change Only", or b) have to cross three lanes to a manned booth at the last second, because they ignored the two miles of clearly marked "E-ZPass" and "Express Lane" signage leading up to the plaza.

E-ZPass should help shave at least 20 minutes off your drive to the beach, but the express lanes are always clogged with tolljam.
