1. A city/town that is so horrible that it gets its nickname as, "Whore'sville".

2. A profane word that somebody says when they see/hear something crazy, explicit, or angering in a city/town.
3. A common quote that is heard in Grand Theft Auto 5 by a male hipster, usually found in Rockford Hills or Vinewood Blvd.
