A Syngyn is another word for man whore. If you are called a Syngyn it might mean you date many girls and break many hearts. When you get a Syngyn they are great to have until a Syngyn tries to hurt you. Syngyns are very rude and are not good creatures. Syngyns may have blue eyes and wavy dirty or light brown hair and only has one ear.
